SaaSプロダクト×プロフェッショナルサービスを掛け合わせたソリューションで、クライアント様へ独自性の高い価値提供をしていくために、クライアントの経営課題に向き合い、事業成長に向けた取り組みを共創・推進していきます。
【具体的には】
・戦略的ターゲットリストの洗い出し
・アカウント開拓に向けた、経営レイヤー、事業責任者レイヤー、主要ステークホルダーとの関係構築を進めるための戦略的アプローチ
・クライアント企業の経営課題を紐解き、仮説設計と必要な顧客戦略・戦術(コマース事業戦略、基盤構築、データ活用、施策)の提案
・価値の提案を行うための事前リサーチの実施
・事前インタビューでの課題やニーズヒアリング
・事業課題の仮説設計と、弊社のフルケイパビリティを発揮できる提案作成
・各クライアントの中長期的な事業成長を見据えた、マイルストンの設定とアカウントプランニング
・新規・既存ともに担当クライアントに対するアカウントプランの策定と実行
・プロジェクトデリバリーのための要件定義と適切な社内外メンバーの巻き込み、チームをリードするためのプロジェクトマネジメントとPDCA管理※プロジェクトデリバリーについてはデリバリー担当部門やパートナー企業と協働しながら進めていただきます
・自身のKPIを達成させるためのアクションプランの策定と実行
・各業界をリードする企業との先進的な取り組み、市場の拡張・創造
【求める人材】
・エンタープライズ企業やナショナルクライアントの課題解決を目的としたコンサルティングプロジェクトに従事した経験(2年以上)

・ マーケティング領域、データ活用領域における複数のソリューションを組み合わせたプランニングとプロジェクト提案活動経験
・ デジタル戦略関連プロジェクトの推進をした経験
・ システム開発/構築をスコープを含むプロジェクト推進をした経験

・ マーケティング戦略立案、施策実施経験
・ マーケティングオートメーション(MA)の構築・運用経験
・ カスタマー・データ・プラットフォーム(CDP)の構築・運用経験
【給与】
年収700~2000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
