■MUFG各社が保有する株式に係る法令報告(大量保有報告等)の作成
【組織構成】
■グループ内は総勢10名強。傘下企業からの出向者も多く、経験業務や経験年数において多様なメンバーが相互に協力しながら業務を遂行しています。

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■ITツール(マクロ、VBA等)を活用した業務効率化の経験をお持ちの方
■英語コミュニケーション能力(英文による報告フォームおよびインストラクションの正確な理解、海外拠点・ITベンダー・法律事務所等とのEメールによるやり取りおよびウェブ会議等による担当業務の範囲での意思疎通が可能なレベル、TOEIC800程度が目安)
■内外のステークホルダーと円滑に連携し、チームアップして業務を遂行できる方(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
