Role & responsibilities
Approximately 3 years of on-site work (assembly).
After that, you will study design and aim to become a supervisor.
Before joining the company, all selected candidates are required to participate in a 34 month pre-employment training program from December 2025 to March 2026, which includes:
Japanese Language Education (daily conversation and workplace communication)
Japanese Monozukuri (Manufacturing) Philosophy
Japanese Workplace Culture and Professional Etiquette
This training will prepare participants to adapt smoothly to work and life in Japan.
Employment Requirements
People who love Japan and wish to work here for a long time.
Individuals with an engineering background, such as mechanical or electrical engineering, or graduates of technical high schools or colleges who have an interest in machines and manufacturing.
People who enjoy learning through hands-on work.
Be in good physical and mental health (please report any pre-existing conditions in advance; no criminal record).
Be willing to study Japanese seriously and adapt to Japanese culture and workplace discipline.
Have family consent for long-term employment in Japan.

Applicants must hold a Bachelors degree or higher and meet the standard visa eligibility requirements for this category.
Job Start Date
April 2026 (entering Japan at the end of March 2026)
After receiving a job offer, candidates will undergo pre-employment training in Japanese language and manufacturing concepts as described above.
Employment status after hiring
Five-year contract employee. Work in accordance with the employment contract.
However, there is a possibility of promotion to full-time employment within five years based on performance and personnel evaluations.
Post-hire benefits
Engineer: Salary 250,000 yen/month (approximately 1.4 lakh INR)
Upon becoming a full-time employee, you will receive the full amount of any special compensation that the company has held for you.
In your first year after joining the company, you will:
Participate in new employee training with approximately 40 other Japanese graduates.
Receive in-house Japanese language training.
Take part in extracurricular leadership and teamwork training (held in Wakasa Bay in early April).
