We have our own farm in Aomori. We produce and raise thoroughbreds, use their compost to grow vegetables and herbs completely without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and raise egg-laying poultry. We also harvest native wild vegetables and wild plants. These ingredients are sent directly to our hotel and served to our guests in our restaurant and at banquets, making us a "food" oriented hotel.
