We are currently seeking a warm, welcoming, and articulate Front Office Agent, bilingual in Japanese and English, to join our pre-opening team at 1 Hotel Tokyo.
In this role, you will help ensure that every guest experience feels effortless, personal, and deeply cared for — from arrival and departure to every moment in between.
You will be a key point of connection for both local and international travellers, offering thoughtful support and reflecting the true spirit of 1 Hotels.

You bring:
A passion for hotel operations and exceptional guest service
At least 1 year of experience in a similar hospitality or customer-facing role
Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English (essential)
A positive, team-first attitude with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
A calm and professional presence in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to meet the needs of a 24-hour operation
