新サービスであるKompiraAI(仮称)の事業責任者の一員として、技術領域の全てを担っていただきます。
以下が主要な業務になります。
▼技術戦略の策定と実行
経営課題・事業戦略と連動した技術戦略およびロードマップの策定
コア技術を含め、スケーラブルでセキュアなマルチテナントSaaSアーキテクチャの設計と技術選定
クラウド費用やLLM APIコストの最適化
▼プロダクト開発のリード
プロダクト開発全体の指揮およびプロジェクトマネジメント
回答精度など、AIモデルの性能評価と改善サイクルの構築
プレイングマネージャーとして、必要に応じた設計・コーディング
▼エンジニアリング組織の構築
採用計画の策定と実行
開発プロセスの整備(スクラム、CI/CDなど)
メンバーの育成や評価、成長を促すエンジニアリング文化の醸成
▼信頼性とセキュリティの担保
SRE(Site Reliability Engineering)体制の構築とサービスレベルの維持向上
堅牢なセキュリティポリシーの策定と実施、関連認証(ISMS, SOC2等)の取得推進
【KompiraAI(仮称)サービス概要】
企業内に存在する多様なドキュメント(社内規定、業務マニュアル、製品仕様書、日報など)をAIがHandbookとして纏めます。
従業員は業務に関する進め方や内容について、KompiraAIに確認しながら業務を進められるようになり、業務パフォーマンスが向上させることができるSaaSサービスです。
このサービスにより、企業は問い合わせ対応工数の削減、業務の属人化解消、組織全体のナレッジ活用促進を実現し、生産性の向上に貢献します。
【求める人材】
<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>
・WebサービスまたはSaaS企業でのエンジニアリングマネジメント経験(目安:5名以上)
・AWS, Google Cloud, Azure等のクラウド環境におけるWebアプリケーションのアーキテクチャ設計・開発・運用経験
・Python, Go, TypeScript等、モダンなプログラミング言語を用いた開発経験
・事業やプロダクトの0→1、または1→10のフェーズにおける開発をリードした経験
