仕事内容


~その生産管理経験、お客様の「笑顔」に変えませんか?~

はじめに

生産管理は、お客様から注文されたOEM生産対象商品に対し、工場の生産状況や、部品から完成品まで各段階の試作品を日本のお客様にその都度検査や確認を行うお仕事です。

また生産の段取りやスケジュールを確認し、納品まですべての生産状況と製品のチェックを、工場と日本のお客様間で確認するお仕事です。

【プライベートも充実】完全週休2日制(土日祝休)でメリハリ勤務。

当社は完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)で、年間休日は120日以上。

  • 仕事内容

お客様の「作りたい」という想いと、自社の製造技術を繋ぐ「架け橋」となるお仕事です。

{包括的な仕事内容}

  • ポップコーンバケツなどの食品容器、フィギュア、ルームライトといった雑貨、

正規キャラクターグッズ、アニメ製品などを企画・販売するお客様と、

中国にある自社工場の間に立ち、製品がスムーズに完成するまでの進行管理や調整役を担います。

{具体的な仕事内容}

  • お客様との打ち合わせ
  • 既存のお客様を中心に、新製品の企画について打ち合わせ。「こんなデザインにしたい」「この素材は使える?」といったご要望をヒアリングし、製品の仕様を具体的に固めていきます。
  • 自社工場との連携
  • お客様の要望を、仕様書やメール(翻訳サポートあり)で中国工場の技術スタッフに伝達。

コストや納期、製造上の課題などを調整し、試作品の製作を依頼します。

価格や納期の競争力が強みの自社工場です。

  • 品質・スケジュール管理
  • 出来上がった試作品をお客様にご確認いただき、OKが出れば量産スタート。製品が期日通りに、高い品質で納品されるまで、責任をもってプロジェクトを管理します。

求めている人材


【必須条件】

・生産管理のご経験をお持ちの方

・基本的なPCスキル(Word, Excelでの書類作成)

・学歴:学士以上

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

9:00 〜 18:00

・実働8時間、休憩1時間(12:00〜13:00)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 21万7400円 〜 27万1800円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万2600円 〜 7万8200円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり0円 〜 2万円

・昇給:年1回(実績や状況に応じて)

・賞与:年1回(実績や状況に応じて)

・交通費支給(上限:月20,000円)
