【業務内容】
■食品・飲料・雑貨化粧品などの日用消費財企業の担当として、顧客のニーズ把握、パネルリサーチとしての企画提案、集計・作表、分析、報告、提案などの一部、あるいは経験に合わせて一連の業務に対応いただきます。顧客に求められたリサーチをただ実行するだけではなく、「お客様の成果にどのように繋がるか」を意識した提案・分析を期待します。
■パネルリサーチに留まらず、顧客の特定課題解決のための定量・定性リサーチや、顧客保有データと組み合わせた企画提案・データ加工・分析など顧客マーケティング全般を支援する役割も、経験やキャリアに応じて期待します。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
