医療福祉サービスを提供する当法人にて、事務局スタッフとして活躍いただきます。社長秘書のサポートを実践しながら覚えて行ってもらいます。

・採用・退職の手続き

・勤怠管理・有給管理

・労務管理

・求人対応

・面談、人材育成 など

〈一般事務〉

・各書類の作成、ファイリング、管理

・メール対応

・郵送物の処理

〈経理事務〉

・請求書の作成・管理

・経費の精算

・領収書の管理

・給与計算

〈総務事務〉

・環境の整備

・制度の整備

・施設の管理

・庶務全般

※当法人で運営している事業所へ訪問していただく場合がございます。

その際は社用車を使用し、移動となります

〈その他〉

・行政書類の対応

・法人内の勉強会、研修会の運営補佐

求めている人材


【必須条件】

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・PCでデータ入力できる方

・法人内での機密事項を扱うため、守秘義務を厳守できる方

【あれば尚可】

・医療事務、その他、人事・事務経験

・医療、福祉関連事業所での事務経験、就業経験

・Word、Excelの基本的な操作

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

勤務時間9:00~18:00うち休憩1時間(業務に支障がない時間に各自休憩)

【フレックスタイム制について】

月末・月初以外は出退勤の時間を柔軟に調整可能です

※業務内容によって指定時間あり

【シフト制について】

基本的に月末日、月初日は曜日関係なくスタッフ1人は出勤できるように配置

月末月初の分担さえシフト調整できれば月のうちその他の出勤日は自由にシフト調整可能

平日お休みしたい方は、土日祝勤務可能

毎月20日頃に次月のシフト相談

年末年始5日、夏季休暇3日あり(シフト制)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 20万円 〜 23万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・試用期間の月給200,000円~(試用期間3ヶ月)試用期間後は給与見直しの可能性あり

・年3回寸志あり(毎年、年3回実績あり)

・毎年4月に昇給

・交通費別途支給(規定あり)

・残業代別途支給(残業ほぼなし)

・退職金あり(規定あり)
