Build and refine the PlayHaus mobile app (UI/UX) with React Native or Flutter.
Design and implement the backend (APIs, database, authentication, real-time services).
Integrate location services (Google Maps API, geofencing, Bluetooth proximity if possible).
Implement real-time features like messaging and presence indicators.
Ensure smooth performance across iOS + Android.
Optimize for scalability, speed, and data security.
Collaborate directly with the founder to shape features and roadmap.
Requirements
Proficiency with React Native (preferred) or Flutter for cross-platform app dev.
Backend experience with , Express, Firebase, or similar stack.
Knowledge of databases (Firebase, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Experience with real-time communication (WebSockets, Firebase RTDB, GraphQL subscriptions).
Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and data security.
Ability to own projects end-to-end and work independently.
Passion for App Development
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience building social, dating, or location-based apps.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Firebase).
