◤仕事内容◢

当社が手掛ける、オフィスや店舗などの改修工事を中心とした電気施工管理業務をお任せします。

テナント・オフィス・店舗の改修案件が中心のため、柔軟な現場対応力が身につきます。

主な業務内容:

・工事計画の立案・工程管理

・職人や協力業者との打ち合わせ、現場指示

・資材発注・安全管理

・見積作成や各種報告書の作成 など

現場は都内9割・埼玉県ほか近隣エリア1割程度。

案件によっては数日〜数週間単位で進行。

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・下記いずれかの経験・資格

└ 改修工事または内装工事の現場管理経験(3年以上)

└ 第二種電気工事士資格保持者

【歓迎条件(あれば尚可)】

・店舗・事務所などの電気工事経験

・施工管理技士(電気・管・建築)資格保持者

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~17:00(休憩90分)

※10:00~10:30、12:00~13:00休憩

休暇・休日:

・土日祝休み

・GW・夏季・年末年始休暇(各1週間程度)

給与:

【月給】

・改修工事経験者:月給45万~50万円

・新築経験者など上記以外の経験者:月給33万~38万円

※経験・スキルにより決定

※固定残業代なし/残業代別途支給

【昇給・賞与】

・昇給:年2回(業績・評価による)

・賞与:年2回(夏・冬/各1ヶ月分)

【試用期間】

試用期間:最長3ヶ月

・改修工事経験者:月給40.5万~45万円

・新築経験者など上記以外の経験者:月給29.7万~34.2万円

※期間中も雇用条件・勤務時間・休日は同条件

※スキル・適性により短縮の可能性あり
