【仕事内容】

【職務内容】不動産会社向けサービスの開発・運用保守に携わっていただきます。「サービスの開発/機能改善」と「開発効率の向上」を両立させながら、継続的な機能改善を進めていきます。

不動産会社へのヒアリングを踏まえた新機能開発・既存機能の改善

・申し込みから利用開始までの業務フローの自動化・システム化

・UI/UXの改善やクライアント体験向上のための開発業務

・非機能要件や開発効率改善のための改修や仕組み化

・プロダクトの技術的負債の解消・パフォーマンス改善

【具体的には】

不動産会社向けサービスの管理画面改善や社内DX推進における、要件定義・設計・開発・テスト運用までの幅広い局面での活躍を期待しています。

営業担当者や企画担当者など多様なステークホルダーと連携し、企画段階から参画して不動産会社の成功体験創出に向けた開発に携わっていただきます。技術的負債の解消や開発効率向上についても、改善の視点を積極的に発信し、実際の改善活動を推進していただくことを期待しています。担当領域はバックエンドが中心ですが、フロントエンドやインフラ領域にも幅広く関わることが可能です。

【職種の魅力】企画担当や営業担当と共に施策の企画段階から参画し、開発~運用~効果測定~機能改善まで、サービス開発の全工程に関わることができます。上流から関わることができるので、自分のアイデアを活かした挑戦的なプロダクト開発にも取り組めます。不動産会社への直接ヒアリングを通じて、リアルな業務課題を技術で解決する体験ができます。現行システムを活かしながら開発効率改善を実現させる挑戦を重んじる組織です。リファクタリングやツール導入による開発者体験の向上にも取り組めます。

インフラ管理も一部は自部署で行っているため、アプリケーション開発に加えて、サーバー構築やミドルウェア導入など幅広いスキルを習得できます。

開発言語:PHP / Ruby / JavaScript フレームワーク:Ruby on Rails / Stimulus / Tailwind CSS DB:Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL

【求める人材】

・Webアプリケーション開発に関わる設計、実装、運用経験

・RDBMSを利用したアプリケーション開発経験、テーブル設計経験

【歓迎】

・AWSなどのクラウドサービスの利用、運用経験

・プロジェクトマネージャーやリードエンジニアとしてのプロジェクト管理経験

・フロントエンドの技術選定/設計/開発経験

・PHP / Ruby / JavaScript

【給与】

年収600~810万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
