ポジション概要
Ideascale Japanでは、営業活動全体を支える セールスアシスタント(法人営業サポート)を募集しています。本ポジションは、新規開拓よりも、 商談前後の調整、資料作成、案件管理など、営業の実務を安定的に支える役割です。営業事務・アカウントサポート・法人向け調整業務の経験を活かせます。
主な業務内容
- 法人営業(主に大手企業)の実務サポート
- 商談日程調整、クライアント対応
- 提案資料・見積・企画書の作成補助
- 商談・デモ・ワークショップの準備・運営サポート
- CRM・案件進捗・社内連携の管理
- 契約、更新、請求に関する調整業務
必須条件
- 日本語ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション能力
- 法人向け業務における基本的なビジネスマナー
- 複数案件を並行して管理できる調整力
- リモート環境でも主体的に業務を進められる方
※英語力は必須ではありません。
