上下水道に関する機械設計【フレックス制/所定労働時間7.5h/東京】

官公庁依頼の公共事業をメインに、上下水道のコンサルティングを行う同社において、上下水に関する建築設計業務をお任せします。同社の次代を担う上下水道の専門技術者としてご活躍いただける方を募集します。
- 職務内容
主に下記業務に従事していただきます。
建築設備の劣化診断、更新計画等による長寿命化の検討 ・省エネ改修設計、既存施設でのCO2削減可能な設備改修設計 ・新増改築設計、発注者や意匠設計担当者との打ち合わせによる設備設計 (建築物の用途、使用条件等の確認、設備方式の立案等) ・工事監理、工事内容を設計図書と照合
同部門は土木、建築、電気担当者と仕様の整合や調整を図りながら設計業務を行っていただきます。

【モデル年収】500万円~800万円(30歳~55歳:例)【モデル月給】30万円~50万円(30歳~55歳:例)※上記はあくまでもモデルであり、ご年齢・ご経験を考慮いたします。※給与詳細は経験・保有資格・担当業務等を考慮の上決定します。※残業代:実費支給昇給:年1回(5月)賞与:年2回(7月、12月)※賞与支給平均3.8か月
