Our network of Delivery Service Providers and their Delivery Associates is growing rapidly, and to support this growth we are seeking a Partner Experience Manager to join the APAC DSP Partner Experience Team.
In this high-impact program management role, you will collaborate with different stakeholder teams to build and launch new initiatives and products in order to improve partner experience throughout the different stages of the partner lifecycle. You will be required to dive deep to uncover root causes of partner pain points, find long-term solutions to address them and develop strategies to manage and analyze interactions. We're seeking someone who enjoys ambiguity and designing two-way door experiments, and who has demonstrated the ability to analyze and solve complex problems and mange competing priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented and well organized, and is able to make effective high judgment calls. You will also need to be an effective cross-team collaborator, with the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
- Work across internal program, product and tech teams to build and launch initiatives and develop mechanisms to continuously improve the partner experience.
- Implement processes and tools to pull and draw insights from data, analyze and solve partner experience problems at their root.
- Understand and react to partner sentiment and needs to escalate pain points, recommend product changes, and seek new opportunities to gain feedback through existing channels.
- Build accountability mechanisms with business teams to drive continuous improvement activities that enhance the overall partner experience, from big rocks to paper cuts.
- Own the definition and delivery of program improvements that fix defects.
- Effectively manage cross-functional projects, align teams on program goals and drive execution.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Experience in making data driven business decisions
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- 5+ years of related industry experience
- Experience managing and or coordinating projects in a fast pace environment
- MBA or a Master's degree in a related field.
- Ability to think creatively whilst also executing operationally with high attention to detail.
- Japanese and English language skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
