レポートライン:購買本部カントリー購買部マネージャー
職務範囲:企業の間接購買活動を戦略的に管理し、コスト削減、契約交渉、サプライヤー管理を通じて企業の利益を最大化します。
ご経験を鑑みて、複数のコモディティを担当いただきます(IT関連、Fleet、Travel、マーケティング、外部サービス購入(Advisory Service)、Real Estate等)
職務内容:
- 顧客との折衝- 社内顧客との緊密な協力関係の構築
- 関連KPIの達成- 購買戦略とコスト削減戦略 - 会社の財務に貢献するため購買戦略・コスト削減戦略の立案 - 市場を見て、RFI/RFP/RFQおよび入札の実施- コスト削減で財務に好影響を与える
- 入札・RFI/RFP/RFQの実施- 社内関係者から必要な情報を収集し、適切なドキュメントを作成し、スケジュールを管理する- コスト削減を実現する
- サプライヤー管理- サプライヤーが社内の品質・評価ガイドラインに従って評価され、文書が適切に保管・ファイリングされていることを確認する-当社のリスクが保護されるような枠組み契約をサプライヤーに確実に適用する
- 調達コンプライアンス- サプライヤーの選定、評価、交渉プロセスにおいて、調達コンプライアンスが遵守されていることを確認すること、無理な購買を避けるため、購買要求のレビューが確実に管理されていること
必須経験:
- 調達・購買のご経験
- 交渉、サプライヤー管理、契約管理、社内関係者管理、データ分析などの基本的な調達実務の知識
- 日本語ビジネスレベル以上 &英語力ビジネスレベル(目安Toeic750点以上)
あると望ましい経験・スキル:
- 間接購買経験(IT関連、Fleet、Travel、マーケティング、外部サービス購入(Advisory Service)、Real Estate等)
- IT企業、各種リース企業、旅行代理店、マーケティング会社、不動産関連企業、法人向けの各種サービス提供企業での営業経験
- 購買システム、サプライヤー管理システム、その他の調達関連システムおよびプロセスに関する知識
