仕事内容:
本ポジションは、約100名規模の新卒研修において、
研修運営チームの一員として現場に入り、
新人の行動・姿勢・主体性といった"見えにくい部分"を丁寧に拾い上げていきます。
講師として前に立つ役割ではなく、
現場に寄り添いながら、気づきを即時にフィードバックする実務支援をお任せします。

■ 2〜3月(事前準備期間)

- 研修全体企画(目的・スケジュール・コンテンツ構成)の理解
- 研修運営オペレーションの把握
- 当日使用する資料・チェックリストの確認
- 研修チームとの事前すり合わせ
■ 4月(新卒研修 本番期間)
※フル出社/月160~200時間想定
- 研修会場での運営サポート(誘導・進行補助など)
- 新人の行動観察(主体性/積極性/姿勢など)
- 行動評価チェックリストの運用・記録
- 行動面に課題が見られる新入社員への即時フィードバック

- 4月の研修期間中、平日フルタイムでの出社が可能な方
- チームメンバーと丁寧かつスピード感をもって連携できる方

- 100名規模以上の研修や集合研修の運営に関わった経験
- 複数クラス(30名以上)の進行・運営管理経験
- 行動観察、評価、アセスメントに近い業務経験

《月収例》
2月~3月:時給2,500円×10時間~20時間=25,000円~50,000円
4月:時給2,500円×160時間~200時間=400,000円~500,000円
