仕事内容:
外務省宇宙・海洋安全保障政策室では宇宙分野に知見と関心を有する方を「国際宇宙協力専門員」として採用し、宇宙関連に関して以下の業務を行います。
(1)宇宙に関する最新の議論や動向に関する情報収集・分析
(2)宇宙分野における二国間・多国間の協議、国内関係省庁との調整等の業務の補佐
(3)その他当室が所掌する業務の補佐
求める人材:
・大学(学部)卒業又は同等の学歴を有すること。宇宙分野に一定の知見があり、宇宙分野における国際関係に関心を有する者が望ましい。
・Word、Excel、PowerPoint等のソフトを扱えること。
・英語を使用しての実務を行えること。
・採用期間にわたり継続して勤務が可能なこと。
・日本国籍を有し、外国籍を有しないこと(確認のため戸籍謄本の提出が必要です)。
勤務時間・曜日:
平日9:30~18:15(12:30~13:30休憩)の時間帯において、週29時間以内(週5日勤務が望ましい)。
休暇・休日:
土・日祝休、年末年始(12月29日~1月3日)、夏季特別休暇3日他、特別休暇制度あり
休暇は、人事院規則15-15(非常勤職員の勤務時間及び休暇)に定めるところによる。
勤務地:
・原則屋内禁煙、敷地内に喫煙スペースあり
アクセス:
東京メトロ各線「霞ヶ関駅」A4またはA8出口よりすぐ
給与:
給与及び諸手当は、国際宇宙協力専門員の内規の定めに基づき、支給されます。

(ただし、令和8年度政府予算案の成立を条件とする。)
【待遇】
採用後は、非常勤の国家公務員(国際宇宙協力専門員)として、外務省総合外交政策局宇宙・海洋安全保障政策室(東京都千代田区霞が関2-2-1、外務本省内)にて勤務することになります。給与及び諸手当は、国際宇宙協力専門員の内規の定めに基づき、支給されます。

【選考方法】
(1)第一次選考:書類選考
(2)第二次選考:第一次選考合格者に対し面接試験等を実施します。実施日時(2月に実施を予定)は、第一次選考合格者に対し、担当より直接お知らせします。なお、第一次選考不合格者に対する結果の通知等は行いません。
【備考】
(1)次のいずれかに該当する方は、今回の募集に応募できません。
ア 禁固以上の刑に処せられ、その執行が終わるまで又はその執行を受けることがなくなるまでの者。
イ 一般職の国家公務員として懲戒免職を受け、当該処分の日から2年を経過しない者。
ウ 日本国憲法施行の日以後において、日本国憲法又はその下の整理した政府を暴力で破壊することを主張する政党その他団体を結成し、又はこれに加入した者。
