【業務内容】

サービス付き高齢者向け住宅にて、入居者さまの見守りや軽作業の支援をお願いします。身体的負担は少なく、家庭と両立しながら無理なく働けます。穏やかな雰囲気で、入居者さまの笑顔に寄り添えるお仕事です。

【1日のスケジュール例】

9:00 出勤・申し送り

9:30 居室訪問・声かけ

10:30 体操・レクリエーション補助

12:00 昼食見守り・休憩

13:30 午後の見守り・お話タイム

15:30 お茶出し・記録作成

16:30 退勤

求める人材:

【必須】下記のうち1つ以上お持ちの方

・初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)

・実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)

*・介護福祉士

*資格が無くても施設での勤務経験が半年以上あればOK

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

※日勤がメインになりますが、早番、遅番も可能ですので、希望の方はお気軽にご相談ください

〈勤務時間例〉

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤帯などご希望をお聞かせください。

シフトも選べるので、あなたに合った働き方をご提案します
