Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 昭和24年創設の「淀井病院」系列の介護老人保健施設「桑の実」です。70年以上にわたり東住吉区の医療を支えてきた歴史ある医療法人で、病院と密接に連携した質の高いサービスを提供しています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 利用者様への食事・入浴・排泄介助などの身体ケア、リハビリ職と連携した自立支援、レクリエーション企画・実施、夜勤での巡回・見守り業務を行います。一人ひとりの在宅復帰を目指したサポートが中心です。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 資格・経験は一切不問です。働きながら実務者研修受講や介護福祉士資格取得を目指すスタッフも在職中。歴史あるグループのノウハウで着実にスキルアップできます。
