業務内容

経営陣直下で、上場準備と事業成長を加速させるための資金調達・財務戦略の立案〜実行までを統括していただきます。

単なる守りの経理/財務にとどまらず、攻めの投資と成長ストーリーを成立させる財務をつくる役割です。

・銀行・金融機関とのリレーション構築/折衝/融資打診

・借入可能額の試算、条件交渉、資金調達スキームの設計

・中長期の資金繰り計画・財務戦略の策定

・経営陣・投資家向けプレゼン資料の作成/プレゼン

・財務リスク管理、投資判断のサポート

・IPO準備に向けた財務体制の整備

・事業会社での資金調達/財務担当経験

・財務諸表の理解、資金繰り管理の実務経験

・社内外ステークホルダーとの折衝・調整経験

・投資家向けのIR資料・資本政策策定の経験

・プレゼンテーションスキルに強みがある
