仕事内容
【入社後の仕事】
入社時のスキルに応じて担当を割り振ります。できる部分の開発を行って頂きながら、少しづつ開発できる領域を広げていって、希望に応じてプロジェクトマネージャかITコンサルタントして活躍して頂きます。
(1)Webシステムの開発
サーバー側は、PHP(主にLaravel)を使う事が多いです。クライアント側は、 を使う事が多いです。自社でEC用パッケージソフトを作成中です。
(2)スマホ用アプリ開発
文字通り、Android、iPhone用のアプリケーションを開発します。
(3)ITコンサルティング
お客様の業務を分析して、どのようなシステムを構築するのが最適なのかを考えて、お客様に提案する業務です。提案後に開発も行います。
(4)地方創生/地域活性化
地域の課題を解決するような事を考えています。地方の衰退が日本の衰退につながると思っております。一緒に問題解決を考えて頂ける方どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

・もしくは、何らかの学校等でソフトウェア開発を学んでいる

・情報処理試験などの合格者

給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 220000円 ~ 400000円
上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。
みなし残業代:27,500円
みなし残業時間:20.00時間
みなし残業20時間(超過分は全額支給)、フレックス制度あり、在宅可、住宅手当有り
年二回昇給審査、ボーナス年二回(業績による)
上記額にはみなし残業代(月20時間分、27,500円分以上)を含みます。※超過分は全額支給
試用期間あり
試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

給与:月給 200000円~380000円
