東京都港区/赤坂駅からすぐに、拘りの小料理と希少和牛ステーキが堪能できる「清喜 朔(きよき さく)」が2025年10月に新規オープン本求人では、これからのお店を一緒に創っていく店舗スタッフ(店長候補)を募集いたします。

【具体的な仕事内容】

  • オーダーや接客
  • 予約管理、売上管理
  • スタッフ育成、マネジメント
  • キッチンスタッフのフォロー

2025年10月、東京・赤坂の地にオープンしたばかりの希少和牛専門店です。年間50頭しか流通しない「木下牛」を、自社精肉店を保有する強みを活かして「一頭買い」で仕入れています。圧倒的な鮮度と希少部位のバリエーションを誇るこの肉を、どう切り出し、どう火を入れ、どう届けるか。お客様一人ひとりに目が届く洗練された空間で、料理人として肉の真理に触れ、その価値を最大化させる一生モノのスキルを磨けるステージです
