仕事内容:

「店舗施工のプロフェッショナル」として、東海4県を中心に店舗内装工事をワンストップで請け負っている会社です。

次の成長ステージに向けて、M&A戦略・財務戦略をリードする CFO候補 を募集します。

銀行や金融機関で培った経験を活かし、資金調達やM&Aを通じて会社の成長を牽引する役割 を担っていただきます。

将来的には、M&Aで買収した会社の社長をお任せすることも想定しています。

<具体的な業務内容>

・財務戦略の立案・実行

・M&A案件の企画・選定・交渉・実行

・資金調達・銀行折衝・金融機関対応

・経営陣と連携した事業計画の策定

・将来的には買収先企業の社長としてマネジメント
