仕事内容:

コーポレート本部 経営推進部 財経業務推進グループにて、

自社およびグループ会社の財務経理業務を中心に、業務推進を担うポジションです。

主担当、またはチームリーダーとして、

組織やビジネス環境の変化に柔軟に対応しながら、

財務経理領域の高度化・効率化を推進していただきます。

【主な業務内容】

■ 自社財務経理業務

  • 月次・年次決算
  • 債権債務管理
  • 会計システム管理
  • 税務申告
  • 経費精算・販売管理システム管理
  • キャッシュフロー管理
  • 在庫・残高・固定資産管理
  • 計画実績管理

■ 海外対応

  • 販売管理システム管理
  • 会計システム管理

■ 子会社・関連会社管理

  • 連結決算管理
  • 月次・年次決算
  • 財務経理業務全般の統括・支援

■ M&A後の財務経理PMI

  • 勘定科目体系・計上ルール整備
  • 財務経理規程整備
  • 月次/年次決算の早期化
  • スムーズな連結決算体制の構築

求める人材:

【必須条件】

以下いずれかを満たす方

  • 財務経理部門での実務経験3年以上
  • 税理士・公認会計士・CPA資格取得者

【歓迎条件】

  • 日商簿記2級以上
  • 日商簿記1級、税理士科目合格者

(法人税法/消費税法/簿記論/財務諸表論) 英語(メール・資料読解レベル) TOEIC550以上またはTSSTレベル4以上

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥369,000 〜 ¥458,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥57,640(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給369,000円~458,000円

(想定年収:602万円~890万円)
