営業社員のサポート業務ですので、
数字のノルマ等は一切ありません
未経験の方でも大丈夫です
外回りも多いため、

【主な業務について】
賃貸マンションで暮らす方々が
快適に過ごせるよう、
巡回スタッフを募集しています。
大きな修繕や、
オーナー様への報告は営業社員である、
各物件の担当(PM担当)が行います。
主な業務としては、3つあります。
定期的な物件巡回
スケジュールを組み、
月に最低1回程度物件を巡回管理物件の退去立会いや
入居前のチェック日々お客様から寄せられる
お困りごとに対し、
物件に赴き迅速に対応
【具体的には・・】
・賃貸マンションの水道検針
- 2か月に一度、
水道メーター値を検診する作業
・電球の交換などの軽微な修繕
- マンションの共用部の電気が
切れていたら交換を実施。
・駐車場、駐輪場、ゴミ置き場などの整備
・マンションへの周知文投函、掲示版への掲示
・工事の立ち合いや工事の完了確認など
・巡回報告書 作成
- 写真やコメントを入力し、
オーナー様へ提出用の資料を作成。

・ごみ置き場からごみが溢れて
散乱しているので、対応してほしい
・共用部の電球が切れており夜間、
暗くて危ないので交換して下さい
※緊急性の高い案件の場合は、
急ぎ現地に行っていただく場合もあります。

その時間までに退社しています。
- 入退室時のチェックシステムに
加えてPCログの確認もしているため、
過度な残業やサービス残業が
