美容・理容業界に特化した人材紹介サービス「HAIR WORKS Agent」にて、
求職者とサロン双方を支援するキャリアアドバイザー業務をお任せします。
求職者との面談は原則オンライン。
一人ひとりの希望やキャリアに寄り添いながら、
最適なサロンとのマッチングを行います。
業界特化型のため、知識や経験を深めながら専門性を高められる環境です。
研修後はフルリモート勤務となり、場所に縛られず働くことができます。

- 人材業界での営業経験2年以上(CA・RAいずれかの経験でOK)
- オンラインでの業務に支障のないリモートワーク環境

勤務時間・曜日:
月曜~金曜のうち週4日から選択いただけます。<月160H>
※急なお休み相談もしやすい環境です
9:30〜18:30(休憩60分・実働8時間)
残業:月平均15~20h程度

※入社後は北海道札幌市のオフィスにて約1~2週間(習熟度によって期間変動あり)の研修があり、
その後は基本リモートワーク勤務になります。
※年4回(1月4月7月10月)の札幌オフィスに出社いただきます。

給与:
固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,000,000 〜 ¥8,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥102,510(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
想定年収:500~850万円
月給:40万円〜
※上記には固定残業代102,510円~(45時間分)を含み、
超過分は別途支給します。
※経験者は前職給与を保障します。
- 昇給:年2回(個人成果による)
- 賞与:年2回(個人成果・業績による)
【試用期間について】
試用期間は6ヶ月となり、その間契約社員雇用となります。
※試用期間(契約社員):月給35万円〜(固定残業代:89,685円/45時間分を含む)
※上記は経験3年目以上の方のイメージ給与であり、
実際は前職給与を保障した上で応相談
