【仕事内容】

1点物のアクセサリーのみを扱う

話題のジュエリーブランドMoixx(モイメメ)

にてショップ販売をお願いします。

具体的には、、、、

・ジュエリー の接客販売

・商品の説明やコーディネートのご提案

・売上入力などの簡単なPC作業

・レジ入力

・ディスプレイのレイアウト変更

・お客様へのDM作成

・アフターフォロー

・SNS促進

・その他、販売に関わる業務 など

【求める人物像】

・高校卒以上

・販売経験(アパレルや化粧品なども可)

・営業経験者歓迎

・アルバイトでも接客、販売経験があれば歓迎いたします。

・商品・サービスに関わらず、接客・販売経験をお持ちであれば大いに活かせます

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日

10:30~19:30 (1日実働8時間)

※シフト制/月9~10日休み

※残業なしの環境で長期的に働くことができます

・年間休日112日

・有給休暇(6ヶ月経過後より年10日〜が付与されます)

・産前産後休暇制度・育児休暇制度(産休、育休後の復帰率が100%)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万900円 〜 25万3100円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万9100円 〜 4万6900円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり25時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給 250,000円~ 300,000円

(基本給210,900円〜253,100円)

(固定残業39,100円〜46,900円)

時間外手当は時間外労働の有無にかかわらず固定残業代として支給、

25時間を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給

通勤手当に関して全額支給となります。
