建物調査業務などを行う

補償コンサルタント業の

全般をお任せします◎

【具体的には】

まちづくりに関する

補償コンサルタントとして、

建築物の現地調査から図面作成、積算、

報告書の作成までをお任せ致します。

<具体的には>

・土地の取得や建物の移転に関して

建物調査から図面作成、

費用計算の報告書作成

<仕事の流れ>

顧客からの依頼を受け、

調査内容の説明や

調査開始日などを打ち合わせ。

↓

現地調査。概ね3人1組で、

ほぼ1日で終わります。

その建物の構造や規模、

使用されている材料などを確認し、

計測機材を用いて調査し、

写真撮影を行います。

普段ではお目にかかれない、

店舗などの裏側を確認することも。

↓

帰社後、そのデータをもとに

図面を作成し、建築費を積算。

建物価格等は、新築時にかかるであろう

コストから決められた

基準に則って査定、算出。

データをまとめた報告書を作成後、

顧客へ提出します。

※一律手当を含む

一律外勤手当1万円(固定給に含む)

一律住宅手当3万5000円(固定給に含む)

一律技術手当1万円〜2万5000円(固定給に含む)

・精勤手当3000円

・扶養手当/配偶者2万1000円、 子1万円

《奨励金制度あり》

「補償業務管理士」や「1級建築士」など、

会社指定の資格所持者には別途手当を支給。

また、上記以外の資格取得に対しても、

検討のうえで奨励金を支給しています。

●460万円/未経験入社・26歳

(月給24万7000円+賞与)
