勤務先は医療系の書籍や雑誌を発行している出版社です。

営業社員のアシスタントとしてお手伝いいただきます。

・顧客・社内向け資料作成(営業資料作成、チラシ・ポスター作成、POP作成等)

・広告原稿管理、広告掲載誌・請求書等の郵送物発送

・書籍見本・販促資材の取り寄せ、DM発送業務

・電話対応、注文処理、リスト管理、ファイリング、入力、製作担当者との原稿やり取り

・その他庶務業務

9:15~17:30(休憩60分)

残業は基本的にございませんが、稀に発生する場合もございます。時短勤務の相談も可能です(6時間勤務は必須)
