この度、今後の出店加速・組織拡大に伴い、

現場と経営をつなぐスーパーバイザー(SV)を募集します。

担当店舗の「売上の最大化」と「スタッフの成長」

単なる管理だけでなく、戦略を練り、

人を育てることで店舗を成功へ導く

◤具体的な業務内容◢

店舗運営全般のサポート役として、

以下の業務をお任せします。

  • 1. 売上管理・戦略立案(店舗の"数字"を作る)*

・売上UPのための課題分析・改善策の立案

・効果的な販売戦略・販促キャンペーンの計画

・競合調査やトレンドを取り入れたメニュー提案

  • 2. スタッフ育成(店舗の"人"を作る)*

・店長およびアルバイトスタッフの教育・指導

・接客レベル(QSC)のチェックとフィードバック

・モチベーション管理・面談

  • 3. 店舗運営サポート(店舗の"土台"を作る)*

・オペレーションの構築・改善

・トラブル対応のフォロー

・新店舗の立ち上げ準備

まずは既存店舗にて

現場オペレーションや当社の理念、

こだわりの品質を学んでいただきます。

その後、SVとして複数店舗を担当し、

手腕を振るってください。

※上記の中から、担当いただく業態や管理店舗を決定します。

※入社後、ご本人の「経験業態」や「希望」、

「居住地」を最大限考慮して調整いたしますのでご安心ください。

・飲食店での勤務経験がある方

・学歴不問(中卒・高卒歓迎)

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00~24:00

上記時間内で実働8時間・休憩1時間

週休2日制(月8日)

有給休暇(10日)、慶弔休暇

勤務地:

担当いただく業態や管理店舗は、

入社後、ご本人の「経験業態」や「希望」、

「居住地」を最大限考慮して調整いたします。

給与:

月給40万円〜50万円+毎月最大5万円のプチボーナス(規定あり)

※経験・スキル考慮いたします

【年収例】

600万円/30歳・スーパーバイザー(月45万円)

800万円/38歳・部長(月給60万円)
