<具体的な業務内容>

お客様の「知りたい」に寄り添う、

インバウンドメインのサポート業務です。

・メール、電話、チャットでの応対

・ビットコイン等、暗号資産の入出金管理

・顧客管理システムへの入力(事務作業)

・よくある質問(FAQ)の作成・修正

・トラブル時のインシデント対応

・ブロックチェーン情報の確認

単なる「電話オペレーター」ではなく、

金融事務のスキルも磨ける環境です。

求めている人材


【必須条件】

カスタマーサポートの経験(1年以上)

(コールセンター、受付)

PCの基本操作(Excel、Word、メール)

【歓迎する経験・キーワード】

・銀行、証券、FX等の金融業界

・暗号資産、ブロックチェーンへの興味

・ホスピタリティを活かしたい方

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

<勤務時間>

10:00 〜 19:00

(実働8時間 / 休憩1時間)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万952円 〜 26万6666円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万9048円 〜 8万3334円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給 290,000円 〜 350,000円(月額基本給220,952円+みなし残業代月40時間69,048円~月額基本給266,666円+みなし残業代月40時間83,334円)

経験・能力・前職給与を最大限考慮

賞与あり

固定残業代(40h分)含む

※超過分は別途100%支給

交通費規定支給(月5万円まで)
