【職務概要】
親会社である株式会社明豊エンタープライズからの業務委託で発注者の立場で投資型マンション・アパート建設(請負金額2~5億円、年間40物件)におけるプロジェクトマネジメント業務と部員5名のマネージメントをご担当いただきます。
【職務詳細】
■確認申請等におけるディベロッパーとしての情報提供(測量図、地質調査報告書など)
■設計図のチェック、設計者への指示・調整
■工事見積書のチェック、指示・調整
■設計者、施工者とのスケジュール、コストの調整・管理
■契約事務、設計業務委託契約・工事請負契約など
■設計・施工における総合的な品質管理
■社内プロジェクトチームにおける建築的リーダーシップ

【必須】
■一級建築士もしくは一級建築施工管理技士
※上記に加えて下記いずれかのご経験
■設計・工監理者としての設計・工事監理業務について10年以上のご経験。
■監督の立場での施工管理経験もしくは工務(積算・安全)のご経験を10年以上お持ちの方
【給与】
年収:980万~1100万程度
月給制:月額650000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:年2回※直近2年間の平均は5ヶ月分
昇給:年1回(10月)
