仕事内容


「デザインだけの設計に疲れてしまった」

「 コンペや徹夜続きの働き方を見直したい」

「設計経験を活かしつつ、長く働きたい」

そんな方に向けた、設計事務所の仕事です。

ハウスメーカーなどから依頼を受け、

『住宅の建築確認申請業務』を行います。

具体的には、以下のような業務をお任せ。

・図面作成(JW_CAD・アーキトレンド使用)

・公的書類の作成・申請手続き

・各行政との協議・調査・相談

一から生み出すデザイン業務ではないため、

"独創的な発想を活かす"という仕事ではなく

「正確さ」「丁寧さ」

「スムーズな対応力」 が求められる仕事です。

細かいチェックをしながら、

申請がスムーズに通るよう調整していきます。

最初は意匠・デザイン補助や

CADオペレーターとしてスタートし、

申請・法規業務へシフトしてきた方も歓迎します。

【 募集の背景 】

現在、当社では社長を含め4名の

少数精鋭体制で、図面作成・各種書類作成・

確認申請などの 申請業務を中心に、

一つひとつ丁寧に対応しています。

正確さときめ細やかな対応を評価いただき、

既存クライアントからの依頼は増加。

新規のご相談も年々増えており、

安定した案件が継続しています。

コンペ対応や無茶な働き方とは距離を置き、

"終わりが見える段取り型の

申請業務"を中心に、

落ち着いて積み重ねられる仕事を

大切にしている組織です。

さらに働きやすいチームづくりのため、

増員を見据えて移転しました

設計業務の中でも、

法規・確認申請・書類作成などの

実務を中心に担当。

意匠のコンペや徹夜前提の世界とは違い、

"段取りと丁寧さを積み重ねる仕事"が

メインです。

少数精鋭 × 若手も活躍できる

落ち着いた組織

社員4名の小規模事務所のため、

大手のような縦社会や細かいルールは

ありません。コミュニケーションも

取りやすく、若手でもすぐに

中心メンバーとして活躍できます。

コンペなし・無茶な長時間労働なし

お客様の都合はありますが、

終わりが見える業務が中心で、

無茶なスケジュールや"ちゃぶ台返し"のような

案件はありません。

心身ともに無理のない働き方が可能です。

基本残業なし/土日祝休みで働きやすい

勤務は9:00~18:00で、基本的に残業なし。

完全週休二日制(土日祝休み)+

長期休暇あり。働き方を大切にしたい方に

増員・業務効率化を見据えて、

現在の事務所から 徒歩すぐの新オフィスへ

・ハウスメーカーや設計事務所での業務経験がある方

・建築確認申請業務に携わったことがある方

・JW_CAD・アーキトレンドの使用経験がある方(尚可)

・正確性や丁寧さを大切にし、コツコツと業務を進められる方

・申請業務や調整業務が多いため、

行政や取引先とのやり取りに抵抗がない方

・405万円/建築確認申請経験者(経験3年程度)/月給27万円+諸手当+賞与

・520万円/建築確認申請経験者(経験7年程度)/月給32万円+諸手当+賞与
