研修担当は17,000人規模のグループ全体の研修に携われるため非常にインパクトも大きいポジションになります。

・グループ全体の研修企画・立案・運営

・各種研修の実施

・自己啓発プログラムの運用・管理

・研修受講者の進捗・資格管理

・研修会場の選定・予約・各種準備

・グループ会社を含む研修運営とりまとめ

・DX推進を含む業務改善・企画・実行

なお、今回は総合職での募集ですので、一定の周期でジョブローテーションを予定しております。ジョブローテーションは希望およびスキル等を総合的に判断し、支店総務・人事・財務・法務などコーポレート部門、場合によっては事業部等もあります。

勤務時間

始業:9 時00 分、終業:17 時30 分 (うち休憩1時間)

・繁忙度に応じて時間外労働があります(月平均30時間ほど)。

※フレックスタイム制により変動する場合があります。

職務内容

研修業務ではまず、研修の運営を他のメンバーや業務委託先のグループ会社メンバーとともに担当いただき、エクシオグループの概要や実務を学んでいただきます。その後、研修に関する企画立案にも携わっていただく予定です。

グループ会社社員を含めた新入社員研修・階層別研修・年次研修など、

入社・ステップアップに合わせた研修や、会社を変革させる変革リーダー研修も実施しています。

また、専門性を磨く研修として、営業研修・現場リーダー研修を実施しています。

自己啓発プログラムとして社員へ、キャリアに合わせた通信教育・eラーニング等を提供しています。

✬【研修の内製・外注割合】

自社で講師・コンテンツ作成を行う内製研修がおおよそ30%、

外部講師・研修会社を利用した外注研修がおおよそ70%ほどです。

社内だけではなく、外注先や研修会場選定で備品準備以外にも多岐にわたる調整・準備が求められます。

対象となる従業員数・教育対象はグループ全体17,000名が対象。

※総合職での募集ですので、ジョブローテーションがあります。異動先は支店総務・人事・財務・法務などコーポレート部門が多いですが、事業部や営業部の可能性もあります。

配属チームは研修担当となり、入社後はおよそ8名体制のチームで業務にあたります。

繁忙期の4月以外は在宅OK・テレワーク導入の環境で頻度としては週に2~3回ほどがテレワークです。

必須条件
