Job Description
- Work within the analog design team for new product development.
- Collaborate closely with digital, layout & AMS teams for chip implementation.
- Participate in IPD, GDU Analog product lines, including blocks like LDOs, Bandgaps, Charge pumps, Predrivers, Power FETs and ADCs.
- Verify performance requirements using appropriate simulation and verification tools.
Our goal is to increase our revenues to over USD 20 billion by 2030. To reach this objective, our division will expand the current product portfolio in IPD, GPU, and custom ASIC product lines. We are seeking engineers to join our team on this exciting growth journey and contribute to our developments and team expansion.
Qualifications
- Doctor degree, or Master degree with 3-5+ years of experience, or Bachelor degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Familiarity with product development details: design method, design process, CAD tools, design for test, physical design, system application.
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as schematic capture, SPICE simulator, Virtuoso.
- Understanding of CMOS process technologies and device physics.
- Strong language and communication skills in English for both spoken and written communication.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Language Skills: Business level of Japanese & Conversational Level of English.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in IPD Products.
- Experience in GDU Products.
