Job Description
- Joining the analog design team to work on the development of new products.
- Collaborating with the digital, layout, and AMS teams for 1chip development.
- Designing IPD and GDU analog products including circuits such as LDO, Bandgap, Charge Pump, Pre-Driver, Power FET, and ADC.
- Circuit verification using the latest simulation and validation tools.
Qualifications
- Requirements:
- Ph.D., Master's degree with 3-5 years of practical experience, or Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of design experience.
- Proficiency in design methods, design processes, CAD tools, testability design, physical design, and system applications in product development.
- Expertise in circuit diagram editors, SPICE simulators (or equivalent transistor-level circuit simulators), Virtuoso, and other CAD tools.
- Understanding of CMOS process technology and device physics.
- Excellent language skills in spoken and written English for effective communication.
- Preferred:
- Experience in developing automotive products or applications.
- Experience in IPD or GDU product design.
