Job Description:

As a member of the Analog Design Team, you will be responsible for the development of new products, collaborating with the Digital, Layout, and AMS teams for 1-chip development. This includes the design of IPD and GDU analog products containing circuits such as LDO, bandgap, charge pump, pre-driver, power FET, and ADC. You will perform circuit verification using the latest simulation and validation tools.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory requirements:
  • Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 3-5 years of practical experience, or Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of design experience.
  • Proficiency in design methods, design processes, CAD tools, test facilitation design, physical design, system applications, etc.
  • Knowledge of circuit schematic editor, SPICE simulator (or similar transistor-level circuit simulator), Virtuoso, and other CAD tools.
  • Understanding of CMOS process technology and device physical characteristics.
  • Language proficiency: Excellent language and communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in the development of automotive products or applications.
  • Experience in IPD or GDU product design.
