Job Description:
- Quality assurance of embedded software for semiconductor products used in automotive and industrial applications
- Quality verification and troubleshooting during software design stage
- Improvement of quality assurance methods for software development
- Enhancement of software development processes using assessment methods like Automotive Spice

Qualifications:
Required:
- Experience in embedded software development or software quality assurance
- Basic business etiquette and proficiency in MS-Office
- Basic task management based on work experience
- English: Conversational level
- Japanese: Business level
Preferred:
- Experience in quality assurance for electrical/electronic products
- Audit experience compliant with ISO9001
- Experience in process improvement using assessment methods like Automotive Spice, CMMI
- Knowledge of software development standards/models like CMMI, Automotive Spice
- Preference for communication through conversations with colleagues
