仕事内容
【主な業務の流れ】
- 接客ーお客様がご来店されたらまずはパンドラに興味を持っていただきます。
- 販売ーたくさんのジュエリーからお客様のストーリーを聞いて一緒に形にしていきます。
- 顧客管理ーお客様の信頼を得て、大事な節目や思い出を形にしたい時、またご来店いただけるよう、関係を築いていきます。
- 修理やクリーニング受付ーお客様の様々な思いがつまったジュエリーをお預かり。丁寧な取り扱いをお願いします。
- イベントーバレンタインセール、クリスマスセール、母の日ギフトセット、ジュエリーボックスギフトキャンペーン、etc。パンドラではお客様に向けた季節ごとのストーリーやイベントがあります。
- 他店舗での販売サポートーパンドラでは店舗同士が支えあっています。業務に慣れてきたら、スタッフの休憩中のサポートや繁忙期のヘルプなどで、1日だけ、午前中や午後だけなど、他店舗に行っていただく事が発生します。いつもと違う環境で、新しい発見をするチャンスです。
- 一日の終わりに。お客様とチームに感謝をして業務が完了します。

販売経験(なくても可)ヒアリング能力、コミュニケーション能力、商品ブランド理解、創造性、柔軟性、セールスマンシップ、チームワーク、好奇心。
人と接するのが好き、人を喜ばせることが好き、英語が得意、未経験でも大歓迎。
