【職務内容/ Job Description】
目的:戦略・経営メッセージの浸透、ONE AXAカルチャーの醸成、従業員エンゲージメントの向上を目的に、インターナルコミュニケーション活動の全般を担います。社内外のステークホルダーとの良好な関係を構築しながら、当社のパーパス、バリュー、戦略に沿ったコミュニケーション施策を推進していただきます。特に、文章力の高い方(日本語・英語の両言語で、ターゲットに合わせた魅力的な文章を、正確性を重視して作成・校正できる方)を求めており、効果的なメッセージ伝達とエンゲージメント向上に寄与できる方を歓迎します。

〈メディアミックスでの情報発信〉
・日英での記事の作成・編集(ニュースレター用記事、社内SNS用記事、経営陣からのメッセージ、スピーチ原稿、等)
・各種コミュニケーションチャネル(ニュースレター、イントラネット、デジタルサイネージ、社内SNS、等)を活用した情報発信の企画、クリエイティブを含むコンテンツの制作・掲載
・社内ステークホルダーおよび外部ベンダーと調整・連携
・活動の効果測定とレポーティング
〈イベントの企画・運営〉
・全従業員向けイベント施策の企画・準備・運営(会場とオンラインを繋いだハイブリッドイベント、オンラインイベント、等)

・社内外ステークホルダーとの良好な関係構築・情報収集

・問い合わせ対応、会場手配、経費・備品管理等の基本業務

【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills And Experiences 】
【必要条件(資格、スキル、経験)】
・社内広報や編集に関連する業務において3年以上の実務経験
・ニュースレター記事やスピーチ原稿、経営陣メッセージなど、社内広報文書の日英での作成経験(情報の正確性が担保できる細部への注意力・校正力を重視)
・英語力:TOEIC 850点以上、または同等のバイリンガルスキル(ビジネスレベルの英語とネイティブレベルの日本語。特に日英のライティングスキルを重視)
・チームワークを重視できる協調性
・マルチタスクでの業務遂行能力:タイトなスケジュールや並行して走るタスクの中でも優先順位を付けて臨機応変に対応できる能力と柔軟性
・PCスキル(MS Office、特にPowerPoint、Word、Excel、Teams、SharePoint経験があれば尚可)
