ロヂャースでは、仕入れから売場づくりまで一貫して担える【バイヤー】を募集します。
- ロヂャースのバイヤーとは?
「今日の献立は…」と考えながら店内を歩くお客様の目に留まるよう、
新鮮な食材やお買い得な日用品を、最適な価格・タイミングで仕入れます。
大切なのは、情報収集力とスピード感。
天候やトレンドを読み、時にはテレビの影響まで踏まえて判断するのがロヂャース流。
単に商品を仕入れるだけでなく、
「これが今、地域のお客様に求められている」
という目利き力が活きるポジションです。

- 業務内容
・食品、日用雑貨などの仕入れ/価格交渉/売場ディレクション
・メーカー・ベンダーとの商談/発注調整
・プライベートブランド品の開発・監査業務
・展示会、催事への参加や企画
・担当店舗(1日1~2店舗程度)の巡回・売場改善提案 など

- バイヤー・仕入れ担当の実務経験3年以上の方
- 売り場経験およびバイヤー経験(輸入取引など)
- 海外取引の経験がある方
