【 報酬実績(リアルデータ)】

※時給3,450円の場合

・月20時間稼働:月収69,000円

・月40時間稼働:月収138,000円

・月60時間稼働:月収207,000円

・月80時間稼働:月収276,000円

※プロジェクトでの評価によって、契約更新時に単価UPした実績も多数あります

・候補者への面談案内/日程調整対応

・オンラインでのカジュアル面談(30分〜45分)

・企業の魅力を伝えるアトラクト活動

・面談後の所感入力・採用管理システムへの反映

・エージェント経由の候補者フォロー・FB連携



【 1日の流れ(例)】

10:00 チャットで当日のタスクと面談予定を確認

11:00 カジュアル面談の実施(30分〜45分)

12:00 面談記録の入力・報告完了

※クライアント定例(週1回程度)や、日中の面談対応やチャット連携が必要です。
