仕事内容:

大手保険会社の《法人保険プランナー / 正社員》の募集です。

法人保険プランナーは経営者が抱えるお悩みや課題に寄り添い耳を傾け、ニーズに合った福利厚生をご提案する「法人企業向けの保険提案営業」のお仕事です。

他保険会社のように個人宅への訪問、知人や家族への勧誘、営業はございません。また、営業職にありがちなノルマ制度もございません。

具体的には、

提携している各種団体の会員企業リストを基にルート訪問し、資料やパンフレット、アンケートシートなどのお渡し、アポイント先へ訪問し、経営者向け生命保険や従業員向け福利厚生サービス(保険関連)をご案内するお仕事です。

「訪問時や商談時に経営者、財務担当者と何を話していいのか分からない・・・」

「保険の知識や営業経験がまったく無いけど本当に大丈夫?・・・」

訪問時のトークスクリプト(マニュアル)を完備また、出勤オフィスにトレーニングセンターが併設されており、保険営業未経験の方でも安心してスタートできる充実した研修制度、サポート体制を整えていますのでご安心ください現在就業されている方の8割以上は異業種からの転職者や、営業職未経験の方達です。

なお、出勤オフィスは天候に左右されずに通勤できる札幌駅直結の新しい綺麗な商業ビルで、立地条件や職場環境も良いのが特徴です♪

開始日:①2/5~、②3/5~ 開始日は予定です。

※残業はほぼありません。

多くの企業の窓口は17時位に閉まるため、夜遅くまでの営業はありません。

定時退社する社員が多く、子育てと両立したい方にも安心です。

※資格取得の為の勉強期間は、平日 10:00~17:00

入社2か月目からの月給:基本給 20万円~

プラス毎月歩合(歩合含め平均月収約35~40万円)

募集人資格取得の為の勉強期間:入社~約3週間は、日当8,000円+交通費支給

※資格取得試験の合格は95%以上です
