【仕事内容】

コールセンターで働くメンバーの

サポート、フォロー業務をお任せします

品質の安定や業務の効率化を目的とし、

メンバーの育成や現場の管理を行います。

具体的には…

チームの目標や進捗の管理

メンバーの研修やフォロー

マニュアル作成や報告業務

業務に慣れたら

クライアント様向けの資料作成や

報告会、改善提案などもお任せしていきます。

【配属先例】

・パーソルグループ企業のサポート代行業務

・サポート窓口代行(例:電気・ガスなどの問い合わせ窓口)

・事務作業等代行(例:採用に関する事務作業代行) など

※スキルや適性に応じての配属となります。
