【飛び込みなしのルート営業】
既存のお得意先へのフォローアップがメインのお仕事です。
新規開拓営業・飛び込み営業などは一切ございませんので、
営業未経験の方も安心してスタートできます。

給与
月給30万円~37万円
月給300,000円~370,000円
- 月給に加えて、出張手当を日額で支給します(規定あり)
- 賞与年2回支給(業績による)
前年度実績9ヶ月支給(夏季3ヶ月冬季6ヶ月)
- 昇給あり2300円〜/月(前年度実績)
- 交通費支給(上限10万円)

仕事内容
ルート営業 飛び込み営業一切なし
- 提案・見積・フォローアップが中心
既存のお客様のご要望を伺い、生産部と調整しながら最適なブラシを提供します。
ものづくりを支える仕事として、お客様との信頼関係を築きながら、じっくり取り組める環境です。
- 入社後の流れ
まず社内で営業事務を担当し、製品や仕事の流れを学びます。
その後先輩社員同行のお客様訪問を経て、徐々に対応の幅を広げていきます。
飛び込み営業は一切なし
新規のお客様はご紹介や問い合わせいただいた方への対応なので、
テレアポや飛び込み営業はありません。
営業未経験の方でも安心してスタートできる仕事です。
出張や外出先でもノンストレス
リモートワーク環境が整っているので、
外出先でもスムーズに事務作業を進められます。
出張手当あり
担当エリアにより、出張がございます。
出張時には、別途日当を支給いたします。(当社規定あり)
