仕事内容


売り込み・ノルマ一切なし

最初は先輩同行のみ

既存顧客中心で安定

未経験前提の育成体制

神奈川県内の食品工場や

物流センターなど、

既存のお客様を定期訪問し

「最近どうですか?」と

状況を確認する仕事です。

入社後すぐに提案や営業成績を

求めることはなく、まずは

先輩と一緒に現場を回り、

仕事の流れを知るところから

スタートします。

売り込みではなく、

相談に乗るスタイルのため、

営業未経験の方も

安心して始められます。

  • 最初は"見るだけ"から

入社後すぐに一人で動くことはありません。

一定期間は先輩に同行し、

現場の雰囲気やお客様とのやり取りを

見て覚えることが中心です。

「いきなり売る」「急に任される」

といったことはなく、

未経験者が段階的に慣れていける

進め方をしています。

売上を作ることよりも、

困っていないかを確認することが役割。

8:30~17:30(実働7.5時間)
