仕事内容:

個人向けサービスを扱うプロジェクトにおいて、

オンライン完結型での商談・クロージング業務を担当いただける方を募集しています。

1件60分前後の商談の中で

ヒアリング → 課題整理 → 懸念解消 → 意思決定支援 → クロージング

までを一貫して担っていただく役割です。

商談スキルや対話力によって成果が大きく変わるため、実務経験を前提としたポジションとなります。

■ 業務内容

サービス利用を検討されている方に対し、オンラインで商談を実施いただきます。

事前に一定の関心を持った方への対応が中心となりますが、

その場で信頼関係を築き、納得感を持って意思決定していただく力が求められます。

・オンライン商談対応(Zoom等)

・サービス内容・提供範囲の説明

・ヒアリングを通じた課題・ニーズの整理

・懸念点の言語化と解消

・意思決定支援および申込案内(クロージング)

・商談後のフォロー連絡

・顧客情報・対応内容の記録、共有

■ 稼働条件

勤務形態:フルリモート

稼働目安:月40時間以上(応相談)

稼働時間帯:日中〜夜間の間で調整可能

定例共有:週次・月次MTGあり(稼働時間に含む)

■ 報酬

時給4,000円前後

※商談スキル・クロージング経験・稼働条件を踏まえて決定します

■ 必須スキル・経験

・個人向け商材における営業、面談、クロージングの実務経験

・1対1の商談において、ヒアリング〜意思決定支援までを主担当として行ってきた経験

・オンライン商談(Zoom等)を用いた営業経験

・相手の感情や迷いをくみ取りながら、会話の流れを設計できる方

・高単価サービス/無形商材の営業経験

・キャリア支援、コーチング、カウンセリング、講師など対人支援経験

・副業/転職/キャリア形成などのテーマへの関心・理解
