・まずはアシスタントからスタート
・次に、先輩の現場へ同行しながら、道具の扱い方・補修のコツを実地で学びます
・一人前になるまで、しっかりサポートしますので安心してください
半年ほどで、仕事の流れも見えてくる
現場で結果が出るたび、自分の手に技術が宿っていく感覚が味わえます

- どんなモノを直すの?
修繕対象はさまざま:
・マンションのフローリングのキズ
・ホテルの壁や装飾のへこみ
・テーマパークの什器や背景
・鉄・アルミ・木材・時にはアート作品まで
素材や現場の状況を見て、柔軟に補修方法を判断します
たとえば、金属の凹みは自動車の板金技術を応用するなど、知識の引き出しが増えるのも魅力

- 作業スタイルは?
・基本は数日で終わる案件が多め
・時には、数ヶ月かけて丁寧に取り組む長期プロジェクトも
・複数人でチームを組む現場も多く、協力し合いながら進めます
依頼主は主に法人(ゼネコンやメーカーなど)で、対話力や説明力も少しずつ身につきますよ

給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 250000円 ~ 700000円
月給25万円以上 賞与年2回+各種手当
役職のついている先輩も多数役職手当2万円~20万円/月
