関西エリアの建築現場(マンション・公共施設・商業施設など)をお任せします。

現場代理人としての業務、後進育成を基本に建築施工現場で、安全管理、進捗管理などのとりまとめ

<必須>

■建築施工管理経験10年以上

■RC造における新築又は改修工事経験者

■法人営業経験3年

<尚可>

■1級 or 2級 建築施工管理技士資格保有者

■現場所長・副所長経験者

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(休憩1時間、実働8時間)

残業:10時間程度/月

月間基準労働時間:160時間

休暇・休日:

土曜日、日曜日、祝日

※休日出勤について基本的には土日祝休みの現場が多いですが、就業場所(現場)によっては休日出勤が発生することがございます。

※休日出勤の場合は割増賃金をお支払いしております。
